Policies:
Deposit and Design: A 30% deposit starts the custom order process, including 3D CAD renders and 1 design modification. This deposit is applied to your final purchase.
Non-Refundable Payments: Custom orders are non-returnable and non-refundable once production starts. If you change your mind after CAD images are completed, we refund your deposit less a $150 design fee.
Satisfaction Guarantee: We aim for your 100% satisfaction. Allow 3-5 days for designing and creating CADs. After your approval and final payment, production takes about 2 weeks.
Please Respond to CAD images within 24 hours and complete payment within 7 days to avoid cancellation.
☞ Lifetime Warranty and Repairs:
Coverage: Our lifetime warranty covers unaltered or undamaged items, excluding the center stones, which should be covered under your insurance.
Repairs: We replace and repair any defective jewelry and missing pave stones for the lifetime you own your item, with a $35 shipping fee for returns.
