Eligibility for Return or Exchange

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags intact.

  • Only damaged, defective, or wrong items are eligible for return or exchange.

  • Accessories purchased on sale or offer are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

🔁 Exchange Process

  • Email us at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery.

  • Mention your Order ID, reason for exchange, and attach a photo of the item (if damaged or wrong).

  • Once approved, ship the item back to us at your own cost.

  • We will ship the exchanged product once the returned item is received and inspected.

🚫 No Refunds

  • We do not offer refunds. Exchanges or store credit will be provided where applicable.

  • In case the desired exchange product is unavailable, we will issue a store credit valid for 90 days.

📦 Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was incorrect or defective.

⚠️ Important Note

  • Items damaged due to misuse or mishandling are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • All decisions regarding returns and exchanges are at the discretion of Sanskaree.com and are final.
