✅ Eligibility for Return or Exchange

Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

Products must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags intact.

Only damaged, defective, or wrong items are eligible for return or exchange.

Accessories purchased on sale or offer are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
🔁 Exchange Process

Email us at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery.

Mention your Order ID, reason for exchange, and attach a photo of the item (if damaged or wrong).

Once approved, ship the item back to us at your own cost.

We will ship the exchanged product once the returned item is received and inspected.
🚫 No Refunds

We do not offer refunds. Exchanges or store credit will be provided where applicable.

In case the desired exchange product is unavailable, we will issue a store credit valid for 90 days.
📦 Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was incorrect or defective.
